Labor Day Picnic Cancelled

I am sorry to report that EBCA will not be hosting a Labor Day picnic this year.

With the end of vacation and beginning of school, too few people volunteered to help out.

Columbia Country Club puts on fireworks tonight, Tuesday, June 26.

Neighbors and others will be gathering on the hill above the playing fields in Lynnbrook park.

Planning Board Meeting about 8300 Wisconsin

 8300 Wisconsin goes before the Planning Board this Thursday May 3rd at 2:15.

This Property is across Wisconsin from Rosedale, bounded by Battery and Woodmont.

Lynnbrook Park Cleanup April 29

Sunday's rainy weather may have been great for the earth, unfortunately, it's not so great for a clean-up. But, please join us next week, same time and place, for our rain date EBCA Lynnbrook Park Earth Day Clean-Up: Sunday, April 29, from 2:00-4:00. Bring your garden tools; light refreshments are available for all the volunteers. Hope to see you there!

BOE approves Rock Creek Hills as middle school

Today the Board of Education voted unanimously to select Rock Creek Hills as the site for the future middle school.   Several times during the meeting East Bethesda was mentioned, particularly regarding the number of emails sent.  The final decision rests with the  Montgomery County Council.
