The Conflict Resolution Center of Montgomery County and the B-CC Regional Services Center

have orgainized a 2 session seminar on community building.

This will be a  hands-on seminar for community leaders! Leading a community organization

(PTA, civic association, church committee, etc.) can be a real challenge.

Successful management of people, issues, and conflict are key to the quality

of life in your community. This two-part interactive seminar will focus on

real world tools and techniques for fostering a collaborative and rewarding

environment. Discuss tips for running effective meetings and how to

anticipate and manage conflict. Your own experiences and practices are a
