Welcome to the EBCA Neighborhood

There is a beautiful collie wandering the neighborhood headed west on Rosedale and barking.  He/she is not threatening but shies away on approach.  No collar visible.  I am located at the T intersection of Kentbury Dr and Rosedale.  Two other women walking also saw this dog and asked if anyone knew the owner.  I've not seen the dog previously.  Perhaps he/she escaped an enclosure?
