Welcome to the EBCA Neighborhood

The past few evenings a Persian cat has been seen wandering in the lower part of the 4500 block of Highland Avenue.  She meows, has no collar and is definitely domesticated.  I've seen this cat out as late as 1:30 am (night before last).  Tonight I just heard the meows again.  A neighbor reported he saw this cat and another black cat in his driveway late last night.

The large black cat (all black, no collar) has been roaming at night for several weeks now. 

If either of these cats are yours, please respond.  We need to know they have homes and are not on their own in this cold weather.
