Can you recommend a reliable, loving nanny?

We are looking for a legal Spanish-speaking nanny, who is also fluent in English, to look after our 1 year-old son and our 4 year-old daughter. Our daughter goes to school until 3pm. We need someone to help from 8.30am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday, starting as soon as possible.
