Welcome to the EBCA Neighborhood

On Tuesday, there is a pre-submission community meeting on the 8300 Wisconsin project, a apartment retail complex in the triangle bounded by Wisconsin, Woodmont and Rosedale  The meeting will consist of a powerpoint presentation by the project team that will include an overview of the site and the property, the proposed project, and the M-NCPPC review process, followed by a question-and-answer session.  The project includes 370 luxury units and a large upscale supermarket.  Those concerned about the impact on our community please consider attending.  It will be held Tuesday, 7pm at the bcc regional services center, 4805 Edgemoor Lane.
